Mika is experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across school and clinical settings. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, grounded in evidence-based practice and a holistic view of wellbeing. She has a particular interest in trauma-informed and attachment-focused work and values helping clients understand themselves within the context of their relationships, identity, and life experiences. Mika is passionate about culturally responsive and strengths-based care that honours each person’s story. She is also interested in integrative and body-based approaches to mental health, including practices that support healing and growth across the lifespan.
