Clinical Psychologist SERVICES - Individual Therapy As a warm, caring and collaborative therapist, I provide a safe space to work with client’s and meet their needs. I work together with my client's to ensure that their therapy sessions are tailored to their individual goals and needs. In doing so, I utilise a range of different types of psychological therapies and take into account factors such as culture, age, gender and religion/spirituality. I enjoy and have experiencing working with a range of presentations including: Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Phobias, Trauma and PTSD, Panic, Adjustment, Relationship difficulties, Stress and Work-related issues, Burnout, Communication and Assertiveness training, Procrastination and Goal setting. I have a special interest in working in the areas of Perfectionism, Self-esteem and Academic stress. I am dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology approaches. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice for over 10 years, hospital and inpatient settings and community settings. Alongside my private practice work, I also work in a university setting as a lecturer and trainer of provisional psychologists. - Board-Approved Supervision I am a clinical supervisor approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide supervision to: Provisional Psychologists (Registration Pathway) Clinical Psychology Registrars (Endorsement Pathway) Clinical Psychologists Psychologists with General Registration I have a special interest in supervising early career psychologists. My skills and knowledge that I have gained through training 5th and 6th year students in a university setting has made me uniquely positioned to understand some of the challenges transitioning from a university training environment into the workplace.
