Michelle is an Endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist (Medicare) and Clinical Family Therapist (AAFT) with over 15 years’ experience across public, private, and not-for-profit health settings. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (JCU) and a Master of Mental Health – Family Therapy (UQ) and is registered with AHPRA.
Michelle provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, with a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health. She also supports adults navigating stress, burnout, parenting, and life transitions, and has extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health.
Her approach integrates occupational therapy and systemic family therapy. Interventions are evidence-based and psychologically focused, delivered in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment to support meaningful, lasting change.
Michelle can accept referrals under Medicare Better Access funding for eligible clients.
