Michael Tinker Counsellor

Having moved through periods of depression and anxiety, Michael brings his lived experience to counselling. His aim is to support you to identify and build upon your existing resources in order to deal with issues which may be holding you back. Tailoring the therapy to meet your specific needs, Michael uses collaborative and adaptive counselling approaches to empower you with strategies to serve you both in present and future situations. Michael holds formal counselling qualifications and is a member of the Australia Counselling Association. He regularly participates in training with the Mental Health Academy.
