Michael Spargo AEP Exercise Physiologist

Michael's interest in movement started from a young age playing representative level cricket and being exposed to gym settings early. In addition, he has since taken up running, Brazilian jujitsu and rock climbing. During Michael's studies in Clinical Exercise Physiology he worked as a cardiac scientist and developed a keen interest in preventative measures and cardiac rehabilitation. Since then Michael has worked with clients in the areas of musculoskeletal, metabolic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In addition Michael has gone on to study diabetes management and education and is now dual qualified as a credentialed diabetes educator and accredited exercise physiologist.
