A Clinical Psychosexual Therapist and accredited Mental Health Social Worker practicing in Geraldton and the Midwest. My commitment to mental health and well-being extends beyond the therapy room, as I also play a vital role as a sessional tutor and residential facilitator at Geraldton University Centre, contributing to the education and training of future social work professionals. My professional journey is fueled by a deep passion for rural service delivery. I specialise in assisting adults, young individuals, and couples as they navigate the complex terrain of mental health challenges and relationship difficulties. With specialised training in sexology, I approach my work with a sex-positive perspective, embracing clients from diverse sexual backgrounds, relationship styles, genders, and sexual orientations. My goal is to guide individuals and couples on their personal journeys toward improved communication, emotional intimacy, and a healthier sexual connection. My academic journey includes graduating from Flinders University with a Master of Social Work and a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Science with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I further hold a Master of Sexology (Professional) from Curtin University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science (Psychology and Social Work), along with an Advanced Diploma in Policing and Administration. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based treatment protocols to address a wide range of psychological disorders. Whether it's managing anxiety, depression, alcohol and other drug concerns, healing from trauma, coping with grief, or navigating the complexities of relationship counseling, I am here to support you. Additionally, I offer clinical supervision to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained throughout our therapeutic journey together.
