If you have a mental health plan, you can now claim psychological sessions with me and receive a higher Medicare rebate. Once your GP Mental Health Treatment Plan has been completed and claimed through Medicare, you’re eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebateable mental health services per calendar year. This includes consultations with me as well as sessions with other psychological treatment providers, such as psychologists. Additionally, you can claim up to 10 separate services for group therapy, which can be part of psychological therapy or focused psychological strategies. The price structure is as follows: - 45 min - $330, with $125.10 medicare rebate, $154.85 medicare rebate if you wish to use your mental health plan. - 30 min - $220, with $84.90 medicare rebate, $108.20 medicare rebate if you wish to use your mental health plan. - 15 min - $110, with $43.90 medicare rebate - Please notify if you would like a special menopause consultation or writing a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan You are also welcome to book a FREE 15 min discovery call to discuss my services. Telehealth consults - For those who have seen me within 12 months, Telehealth is available in all locations and can receive a $43.90 medicare rebate. - If you have a mental health plan, and wish to use the sessions in your plan, you do not have to abide the rule of seeing me me within the last 12 months for medicare rebate. - 15 min consults are for reviews only. Payments - In Wantirna, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to complete payment and receive your Medicare rebate. - In Pascoe Vale South, Beaumauris, and South Yarra, a card capture is required before your appointment. Payment will be after consultation with medicare rebate provided. - For telehealth, you will be called for payment over the phone or on the system if you have keyed in your credit card details. Cancellation Policy - Please cancel 3 business days before the appointment. - If you are unwell, you can change a face-to-face appointment to telehealth - The no-show fee is 50% of the consultation fee - The deposit is not able to be refunded. - If a subsequent appointment is arranged, we can reimburse your no-show fee or deposit.
