Psychologist

In my 10 years of practice, I have worked with clients across the lifespan, from children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience in providing support for a range of mental health conditions. These include mood and anxiety disturbances, managing major life adjustment, stress, perinatal depression and anxiety, grief and loss, navigating relationship difficulties, parenting challenges. I have a keen interest in working with parents in the perinatal period, supporting you through conception, pregnancy, and in the adjustment to life in your new role as parents. This passion grew out of my initial therapeutic work with children in the out of home care sector who had been exposed to traumatic life experiences, and recognising the importance of the parent-infant attachment relationship. I believe the mental health of parents is vital to the wellness of the family system which is why I am so passionate about supporting parents in this vulnerable life period.
