With 20 years across mental health, community work, and diverse populations, I offer real, human conversations that help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and find your way forward—without judgement or pressure.
Subscription Clients: When you join a subscription, you’ll make your first payment upfront for your chosen plan (2 or 4 sessions).
Your sessions can then be booked anytime within your billing cycle (your “month” runs from your billing date to the day before your next billing date).

I'm an Accredited Social Worker with over 15 years of experience across clinical practice, NGO leadership, and community-based social work. I work with individuals navigating complex psychosocial needs, including trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, and life transitions, and bring a trauma-informed, polyvagal-aware lens to everything I do. I'm currently based in the Torres Strait, where I work across private practice, school-based support, and regional consultancy, and I offer telehealth sessions to clients across Australia. I believe good therapy is grounded, honest, and meets people where they actually are.
