MEB Counselling is a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are. With 20 years across mental health, community work, and diverse populations, I offer real, human conversations that help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and find your way forward—without judgement or pressure.
Subscription Clients: When you join a subscription, you’ll make your first payment upfront for your chosen plan (2 or 4 sessions).
Your sessions can then be booked anytime within your billing cycle (your “month” runs from your billing date to the day before your next billing date).
Your card is securely saved and payments renew automatically each cycle.
You’ll receive your personal booking link, which you can use anytime to book, reschedule, or adjust your sessions.

Social Worker
Megan (Meg) Bonetti is an Accredited Social Worker and founder of MEB Counselling, offering trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming online counselling across Australia. She supports adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, trauma, grief, life transitions and the pressure of carrying work, family logistics and other people's emotional needs. Meg also works with couples and families navigating conflict, repair, separation and complex relationship decisions, and provides professional supervision for social workers, counsellors and helping professionals.
With more than two decades of social work experience across community, refugee, leadership and remote settings, Meg brings clinical depth together with a warm, practical and down-to-earth style. Her approach combines conversation with somatic and polyvagal-informed work, helping clients understand what their nervous system is doing and build strategies that fit real life.
Secure video, phone and chat sessions are available Australia-wide, including for people living in rural, regional and remote communities. No referral is required. You do not need to tidy up your story before you arrive.
