In 2010, I founded Pro-Active Care with a mission to improve the quality of life for older Australians living in the community and residential aged care settings. Over the years, our team has provided multidisciplinary allied health services to thousands of individuals across Australia. Our approach has focused on client-centred care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, pain management, and tailored exercise programs. We’ve also led initiatives in wellness, falls prevention, manual handling training, compliance support, and funding audits—helping facilities meet aged care and quality standards. In early 2025, building on this foundation, I joined forces with Sandhya Baghwani to co-found Mendcare. Together, we established this new venture to expand and continue our commitment to quality allied health care—this time with a renewed focus on home care and NDIS clients. Mendcare represents our shared vision to deliver expert, compassionate, and outcome-driven services that support independence and well-being in the community.
