ABOUT ME: I’m a psychologist and clinical psychology registrar, with experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both public and private health care, and research settings. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nurturing. I hope to create a safe, open, and accepting environment, where we can work together to understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relational patterns. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches to help you to meet your individual needs and therapy goals. THERAPY APPROACHES • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) • Schema Therapy • Motivational Interviewing (MI) • Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ABOUT YOU: I work with adolescents (16+) to older adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns.
