I am a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent therapist who's practice is oriented towards the FLINTA (female, lesbian, non-binary, trans, a-gender) community. I am passionate about empowering clients to access their own capacity for healing and change, holding a gentle and nurturing space whilst simultaneously providing challenge and encouragement in the right moments. I believe that the power of therapy is held within the therapeutic relationship, embodying non-judgement, curiosity, compassion and integrity. I strongly believe in the necessity of somatic therapy, recognising that our stories live in our bodies. I work with multiple modalities to address the self in all dimensions - the body, the mind, the soul and the spirit - along with our ecological entanglement, the context of the world we live in and how we have been shaped by this. I am warm, relatable and not afraid to talk about the big world stuff - the trauma of oppression, capitalism, colonialism, AI, climate change and so forth. I offer online sessions and eco-therapy on the Surf Coast of Vic.
