Madison is a dedicated practitioner with a strong foundation in psychology, family dispute resolution, and child-centred practice. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), is a nationally accredited mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution practitioner, and has undertaken additional training in Child Inclusive Mediation and Counselling. Madison is passionate about supporting individuals, children, and families through separation, relationship challenges, and conflict, and she brings a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful presence to her work.
Madison has developed her experience within the community sector, including co-designing and coordinating a First Nations family mediation service within a not-for-profit organisation. Through this work, she has built a culturally responsive and inclusive approach to supporting families through complex and high-conflict matters. She has experience working alongside clients impacted by family violence and is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for LGBTIQ individuals and families. Madison specialises in post-separation support, family dispute resolution, child-inclusive practice, and working with families navigating conflict and change.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and person-centred care. Madison values the importance of creating a trusting therapeutic and professional relationship, where clients feel heard, respected, and supported to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to support and works collaboratively with clients to honour their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
