Dr Rafe Pulley is a consultant forensic psychiatrist. He practices in Macquarie Street, Sydney, both treating a broad range of mental health conditions and providing psychiatric reports. He also works part time as a staff specialist in a rehabilitation ward at the Forensic Hospital in Malabar.
Dr Pulley completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland in 1999. He began working in psychiatry in 2003 and completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2012. He completed a Masters of Forensic Mental Health at the University of New South Wales and was awarded an RANCZP Advanced Training Certificate in Forensic Psychiatry in 2015. He is WorkCover NSW Trained Assessor of Permanent Impairment. He is a conjoint lecture at the University of New South Wales and is actively involved in teaching psychiatric registrars and medical students.
