Overview

Lucia Wu is a registered psychologist with almost a decade of experience supporting adolescents, young adults and adults through life's challenges and transitions. She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, ADHD, ASD, body image concerns and disordered eating. Lucia believes therapy is a space for reflection, self-discovery and growth. Her approach is warm, gentle and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT and Schema Therapy. She is passionate about helping people develop greater self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a more authentic and meaningful life. Appointments are currently offered via telehealth Australia-wide.
