I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to talk and work towards goals, healing and building a better you. Working together, we will address immediate concerns such as conflict, grief and anger, and explore any causes of stress and anxiety. I have a strong background in grief and loss, this encompasses death, change of life situations, health concerns, relationships, family violence, financial worries, isolation, pet bereavement and anxiety and depression. I am able to draw on my background in Human Resources and Youth Services with clients to understand the challenges individuals face.
