Lou is a Counselling Psychologist and Emotion Focused Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Facilitator and Trainer with a particular interest in working with people of diverse sexuality and gender. She creates safe and supportive counselling spaces and group environments, assisting clients, supervisees and trainees to approach change and learning with courage, whilst celebrating the capacity of every individual to be their best selves.
