I’m a Gestalt therapist offering psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples in Northern Rivers (Murwillumbah & Lismore) and Brisbane (West End), as well as online across Australia. I support people experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, depression, major life transitions, ecological and existential distress and relationship challenges. I work with people who are carrying a lot - within themselves, in their relationships, and in the worlds they move through. This often includes the impacts of racism, cultural complexity, family and domestic violence, and the kinds of systemic pressures that can make life feel heavy or constrained. I don’t see these struggles as personal problems. I understand them as meaningful responses to lived experience. My role is to meet you there, and to work alongside you in a way that feels steady, respectful, and real.
