Psychologist

Elva Esmero is a Registered Psychologist at our Auburn Psychology Clinic. She brings a gentle, compassionate, and attuned approach to therapy, creating a safe and comfortable space where clients can feel heard and supported. Elva partners with her clients to draw out their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s difficulties. Elva works with children and adults, supporting individuals through a broad range of psychological and life challenges. She has particular experience and interest in adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, panic attacks, and phobias. Elva also supports clients with grief and loss, coping skills, communication and cultural issues, assertiveness training, and parenting concerns. She is mindful of providing care that respects each person’s unique background and lived experience. Elva also works with clients experiencing workplace or work-related stress, and can support those facing high-risk concerns, including suicidal thoughts where appropriate. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and move towards meaningful, sustainable change. In her therapeutic practice, Jane offers private counselling services catering to diverse age groups. Employing a holistic and personalised approach, she integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Jane's philosophy centres on individual uniqueness, prioritising tailored interventions to address specific needs and foster inclusivity in mental health treatment. Neelab Omar

Psychologist

Neelab is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and has been in practice for 9 years. Specialising in mood disorders, anxiety and narcissistic abuse, she also covers a wide range of other issues, including, but not limited to anger management, depression, domestic abuse, relationship issues and woman’s issues. Neelab strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their innermost vulnerabilities, and get through the painful emotions, stories, and difficulties life throws their way. One of her greatest joys is when her clients feel understood and supported. She values the development of a strong therapeutic alliance as it’s of the utmost importance to treatment outcomes. Therefore, you’ll find that her approach is friendly, warm, relaxed, open, and non-judgemental. Neelab is genuinely interested in learning about her clients, hearing their stories and understanding their needs. She has a keen interest in a client-centred approach, drawing on an eclectic framework of therapeutic interventions with the aim of building upon your own strengths to empower and support you in your healing process. With a warm and approachable demeanor, she is committed to creating a safe space where you can open up, share your thoughts, and explore solutions together. This collaborative approach allows her to offer a high level of care and support, utilising personalised treatment plans that assist clients in overcoming challenges. Samantha has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, from diverse backgrounds, facing challenges related to stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, Samantha conducts psychometric testing to provide valuable insights into cognitive abilities and psychological well-being.
