Welcome to Lisa Fittler Counselling. I provide face-to-face counselling in Armidale NSW and online counselling around Australia. My clients are from different age groups and backgrounds, navigating a variety of challenges, but all seeking a safe space to explore their inner world. I adopt an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on a range of theories to cater to each individual. These include but are not limited to Person-Centered, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. Areas of counselling that I'm passionate about include marriage, grief and trauma, child and adolescent, anxiety, depression and guidance. I love understanding each person's story and providing tools to help them move to the next stage in their journey. I have a Christian worldview and believe that true healing comes from knowing the truth about ourselves and our world, and accepting that as our own.
