Overview
I’m a qualified psychotherapist with over four years’ experience supporting people across a range of settings, including residential services, high schools, and private practice. I work with neurodiverse individuals and those facing complex mental health challenges, and I value collaborating with other professionals to provide thoughtful, holistic care.
My approach is person-centred and emotion-focused, grounded in training in CBT and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I tailor each session to the individual, taking into account their past experiences, present needs, and hopes for the future.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and the challenges that can come with caring for a loved one. Above all, I aim to create a safe, neurodiversity-affirming space that feels warm, respectful, and free from judgement.
I offer therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I’m committed to walking alongside each person with compassion and care—whether they’re feeling overwhelmed, looking for support, or working toward meaningful change
