Julia has experience working with adults, young people and children of varying ages and cultural backgrounds; presenting with a diverse range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. She practices a holistic, person-centred, strengths-based and trauma informed approach to her work and skillfully utilises evidence based therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, IFS informed therapy, and brainspotting.
Julia's approach is to work alongside clients, having a flexible and integrated approach to assist a person’s innate healing and recovery process.
