Lesley Nicholson is a highly experienced Clinical and Spiritual Hypnotherapist with a deep foundation in Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and Clinical Nutrition (Nutrition Medicine). With over three decades of clinical experience and postgraduate qualifications, Lesley brings an integrated mind-body approach to healing that blends science with soul. Her practice focuses on helping clients release long-held trauma and emotional blocks using TRTP™ (The Richards Trauma Process) — a powerful, evidence-based modality that delivers rapid and lasting change. Lesley also offers programs for anxiety, stress, insomnia, phobias, gut health, pain management, and weight control (including the Virtual Gastric Band program). Drawing on her background in Physiotherapy and Eastern Medicine, Lesley understands how emotional trauma and physiological imbalance intertwine.
