We are Neurological disorder specialists who provide a high level of service with a client centred focus for people who have: Spinal cord Injuries Stroke Acquired Brain Injury Trauma Orthopaedics Acute Spinal cord Injury MND Spina Bifida Cerebral Palsy intellectual Disability and other disabilities We manage: bladder and bowel continence issues pressure injuries wounds Clinical and health concerns education for support workers consultation and clinical support including group education for providers and their staff. We work across the state and can provide face to face, FaceTime, Teleconference, Zoom, Microsoft Teams for remote and rural clients. We liaise with medical teams and supports to ensure a holistic care approach. We provide care plans for clients with complex needs. We provide nursing and continence reports including consumables quotes for NDIS plan reviews. We provide services to all funding streams, NDIS, ICWA and private. • Comprehensive understanding of discharge planning complexities and community access. • Liaison with stakeholders to access the most suitable care for clients and staff. • Able to develop effective working relationships quickly in complex and sensitive environments. • Development of new and relevant programs that will meet a range of service delivery needs. • Active participant in policy formulation and procedural guidelines. • Effective time-management and organisational skills • Energetic, hardworking and enthusiastic about my work with a strong customer service focus • Facilitate conflict resolution and sensitive dispute resolution. • Expert knowledge and advanced nursing skills in surgical, Orthopaedic, Spinal Urology, spinal cord injuries and rehabilitation in the hospital and outpatient setting. • Apply strategic planning and critical thinking in all activities
