Overview

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and Level 2 Gottman Method Relationship Therapist, committed to providing compassionate, client-centred care that empowers individuals and couples to build on their strengths and create meaningful change. My practice combines evidence-based, focussed psychological strategies with a holistic biopsychosocial approach, recognising the complex interplay between mind, body, relationships, and environment. I have a deep understanding of how connection with nature and animals can foster resilience, reduce stress, and support emotional wellbeing, and I integrate these elements into therapy where beneficial. I proudly welcome and affirm couples from the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a safe and inclusive space to strengthen relationships. Grounded in empathy and guided by a collaborative spirit, I work alongside clients to navigate challenges, enhance coping skills, and create sustainable pathways toward improved mental health and connection.
