My work experience includes working with children, adolescents, parents and families in various settings including drug and alcohol, gambling, mental health, DVA and autism spectrum disorders. I have a special interests in anxiety, behaviour, mindfulness, sleep difficulties in teens and adults and helping parents and families manage better.
