Overview

Laura is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has a special interest in working with young people and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, school-based challenges, and trauma. Laura has previously worked in the field of education, addiction, and youth mental health. Laura has a strengths-based framework and uses a range of therapeutic interventions including, ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy and Narrative approaches. Laura is accepting online bookings for all current clients and for new clients that have been matched with her by HMC staff. Laura offers appointments on Mondays (telehealth only), alternate Tuesdays, & Fridays. If you are unable to find a face-to-face appointment at a suitable time, we recommend considering a telehealth (video) appointment, which may offer earlier availability on Mondays.
