Latisha is an occupational therapist who cares
deeply about helping people with mental health
difficulties. In her previous role as an occupational
therapy assistant, Latisha has experience
supporting individuals dealing with anxiety,
depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and
chronic pain. She has also worked on the frontline
with individuals who experienced challenges with
domestic violence and homelessness. Latisha
believes in a client-centred therapy style, meaning
she meets clients where they are comfortable and
works at their pace.
At Reach Life, Latisha’s goal is to improve her
clients’ lives by helping them find purpose in
everyday activities. She believes that doing things
that matter to you can make a big difference in how
you feel. Latisha’s approach is caring and
understanding, focusing on each person’s unique
needs and helping them achieve their personal
goals.
