Overview

Lareena is a compassionate clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with a special interest in the psychology of eating, movement and body image. She is passionate about helping clients to become the healthiest versions of themselves while becoming free from the harmful culture of dieting. An ANZAED Credentialled Eating Disorder clinician, Lareena has a particular interest in working with clients living in larger bodies, including those with Binge Eating Disorder and atypical Anorexia. Additionally, Lareena has undertaken additional training in the assessment and management of ADHD, and is knowledgeable about the complex relationship between this condition and eating and weight difficulties.
