She supports the client to optimise nutrition and lifestyle strategies to improve and maintain health and wellbeing. Evidenced based nutritional medicine supplementation generally forms part of the treatment plan. She also facilitates Qigong, the Traditional Chinese Medicine practice of body, breath and mind integration for health and wellbeing.
