I am a Psychologist who works with families, children and adults with Autism, Developmental Delays and Intellectual Disability. I have specialised training and can provide help in the following areas;
Positive Behavioural Support for challenging behaviour

Coping skills for support around anxiety or anger.
Emotional Regulation: developing awareness of emotions and managing strong emotions.
