Krystal is a psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker, Accredited EMDR Consultant & Therapist, Medicare provider. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Master of Science in Medicine (Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy). Krystal has over 15 years’ experience providing psychotherapy to clients of ages 12+ to older adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self injury, suicidal ideation, PTSD, complex trauma, school refusal, relationship breakdown and grief. As a mental health clinician Krystal works with her clients to develop a unique treatment plan using evidenced based techniques and a genuine therapeutic relationship. Krystal aims to assist clients to explore their resilience to reach achievable goals that improve their quality of life.
