Kristen is one of the few practitioners in Australia to hold dual qualification in bother Physiotherapy and Chiropractic. Kristen is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain and spinal related disorders including back pain neck pain and headaches, disc injuries, referred pain and nerve injuries and chronic pain. She also has a special interest in treating shoulder injuries, running injuries and dizziness and balance issues. We also treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders including sports injuries, shoulder hip and knee pain, tennis/golfers elbow, sciatica, and disc injuries. We use a range of techniques to suit the needs on the individual patient and their specific condition including manual therapy (manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue, dry needling) physical therapy (exercise prescription) and home care advise. Extended consultations allow time to establish and accurate diagnosis and appropriate individualised treatment plan, close communication with your GP or other health care provider to allow better overall health outcomes, safe, ethical and effective.
