Tidus is a registered psychologist and a clinical registrar based in both Canberra and Sydney. He has experience across psychotherapy, coaching, and applied psychological practice. He works with children and adults presenting with anxiety, stress, depression, anger, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD. He also has experience supporting clients with complex psychological presentations and personality disorders.
Clients describe sessions with Tidus as calm, steady, and genuinely supportive — a space where they can speak openly and feel understood. His therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, helping clients make sense of their experiences and identify what may support change. Using an evidence-based, integrative, and person-centred approach, Tidus tailors interventions to each individual. His work focuses on helping clients recognise unhelpful patterns, develop more adaptive coping strategies, and reconnect with their values to create a more meaningful and sustainable way of living.
Tidus is attentive to each person’s background, identity, and lived experience. He is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive, and committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and trauma-informed care.
