Dr Beulah Joseph is a registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar, endorsed Organisational Psychologist and Board approved Clinical Supervisor. She is the Founder and Principal Psychologist at Kiru Psychology Services. Dr Joseph has a special interest in conducting therapy with adults grappling with grief and loss, relationship concerns, living with chronic pain/illness, trauma and complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, self esteem, gender and/or cultural identity, mood disorders or parenting concerns. Dr Joseph also conducts cognitive and adaptive functional assessments with children from 12yrs up to adults of 65yrs. Dr Joseph has worked with several organisations including Beyondblue, Benestar, Converge International, Assure Programs and workplace wellbeing programs for Ernst and Young, NAB, NBN, Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, CFA, ESTA, Optus, Telstra, Ambulance Victoria. More recently, she has focused on supporting individuals in her own private practice as well as developing and facilitating group programs most recently at the Endometriosis/Pelvic Pain clinic at the Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre. Dr Joseph completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Teaching degrees at the University of Melbourne, Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at Victoria University, Masters and PhD degrees at Deakin University in addition to a Masters in Clinical Psychology (post-registration) degree at the Cairnmillar Institute. In addition to her clinical experience, Dr Joseph has held a number of teaching and academic positions in Psychology in both undergradate and postgraduate programs. She is also a Board approved Supervisor, with an interest in supervising provisional and early career psychologists in addition to providing clinical supervision for health professionals.
