Please note, the Centre of Mind fee structure from 1^st of July 2024:

Business hours (8am – 5pm)	After hours (from 5pm and weekends)	School/home visits
$220 per 50-minutes	$230 per 50-minutes	$240 per 50-minutes

Medicare rebates cannot be processed until full payment has been made. Further sessions will not be carried out until balances have been paid.

Medicare clients please note that Medicare does not provide rebates for cancelled sessions and you will be liable for the full costs associated with your late cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:

Missed appointment/no-show - 100% of the consultation fee payable
Cancel or reschedule with less than 2 business* days (i.e., 48-hours) notice - 50% of the consultation fee payable
NDIS cancel or reschedule with less than 2 business* days (i.e., 48-hours) notice - 100% of the consultation fee payable
Cancel or reschedule with more than 2 business* days (i.e., 48-hours) notice - No fee payable

*Business day refers to between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
