Overview

Professional background I became an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist through my passion for food, health, and an interest in the functioning of the body. After graduating in 2018, I went into the fast-paced acute hospital environment where I was able to grow my knowledge and understanding of many different diseases and the role of food and nutrition in their management and treatment. I went on to become a senior surgical dietitian working with clients having gastrointestinal surgeries. Due to an exciting geographical move, I departed my hospital job and joined Nutrition in Mind. I am excited to be able to work closely with clients and to continue to provide empathetic, evidence-based, and educational care. My goal is to work alongside clients to ensure recommendations are individualised and sustainable. I believe in a weight-neutral approach to provide holistic improvements to a person’s health and their relationship with food.
