Her work centres around relationships — with self and others — specialising in couples and relationship counselling, anxiety, identity, self-worth, separation and co-parenting support, and blended family dynamics.
With a trauma-informed, person-centred, and strength-based approach, Kendall provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours — guiding them to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply. Her sessions blend talk therapy with somatic and energetic modalities, supporting the mind–body connection and helping clients regulate their nervous systems, release stored tension, and reconnect with their sense of self.
Kendall integrates modern counselling with holistic practices such as Peter Hess® Sound Therapy and Energy Balance Reiki. This combination allows her to address the mind–body connection, supporting emotional healing, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing.
Beyond one-to-one sessions, Kendall also holds intimate guided sound meditation groups, offering a calm space to rest, reset, and reconnect within a nurturing community setting.
