Clinical Psychologist - Kelly Penniment-Saich (She/her)Psychologist

Minds of Colour Psychology Newcastle, New South Wales, 2287

Overview

Hi, I’m Kelly Penniment-Saich, a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Minds of Colour Psychology, a telehealth practice based in NSW offering services Australia-wide. I’ve worked across a range of specialist health services with children, adolescents and adults, including within multidisciplinary services for trans and gender diverse people. My work centres on neurodivergence, gender diversity, and the ways identity, mental health, and life experiences intersect. In our work together, we might explore how identity and minority stress shape experiences such as burnout, chronic health, disability, and overall wellbeing. I also offer neuroaffirming autism and ADHD assessments for young people (12+) and adults, psychosocial assessments supporting access to gender-affirming medical care, and clinical supervision for psychologists and allied health professionals. My approach is neuroaffirming, gender-affirming and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based practice alongside lived experience of neurodivergence, and aim to create a space that is thoughtful, transparent, and paced in a way that works for you. All appointments are delivered via secure telehealth across Australia.
