Kelly believes in an open-minded, compassionate, and relational approach to therapy. She has an integrative therapy style and draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including, EMDR, schema, CBT, mindfulness, and cognitive analytical therapy (CAT). Kelly has extensive experience working with those impacted by trauma, addiction, self-harm, and personality difficulties. She also enjoys helping people navigate the challenges associated with parenthood, the perinatal period, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. Through her work in the community and mental health sector, Kelly has witnessed the urgent need for innovative treatment modalities and is passionate about research for improving and expanding the domain of alternative mental health treatments available in Australia such as psychedelic-assisted therapy and yoga/breathwork.
