Kellie can provide you with effective, evidence-based strategies for coping emotionally and practically.
With person-centred counselling as the core of every interaction, Kellie uses a blend of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), along with strengths- and solutions-based therapies. Sessions can be in-person, via Telehealth, or walk-and-talk, whatever is most beneficial for you and your circumstances.
