With a strong desire to make a difference to people’s health and well-being, I was led to a career in remedial massage over two decades ago. After a traumatic injury left my husband an amputee with chronic pain, I gained experience working with people affected by debilitating injuries and limited mobility. My approach to helping clients achieve their goals is empathetic to the nervous system, whilst still focussing on releasing muscle tension, alleviating pain and improving quality of life.
