I am an open-minded, non-judgmental clinical and health psychologist who is committed to providing individual adult clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can explore and heal past and current wounds, and focus on making positive, values-driven changes in their lives. I treat a wide variety of problems using evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's individual circumstances and needs; however, I have a particular interest in bariatric psychology (supporting people before and after weight loss surgery), treating disordered eating, and helping clients form healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
