Kaylene Paradine is a Registered Psychologist with over seventeen years’ experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Kaylene has worked in a variety of settings throughout her career, including CQUni, Corrective Services and Child Protection and the Not-for-Profit sector. Kaylene has provided training in Therapeutic Crisis Interventions for support workers at alternate education schools and youth residentials. Kaylene is passionate about assisting families and individuals of all ages to gain control of their inner experiences and overcome difficulties such as depression; anxiety; grief and loss; adjustment to life changes; trauma; behavioural and emotional challenges. Kaylene has widespread experience in delivering training packages on the effects of trauma; positive parenting techniques and positive behaviour management in addition to organisations seeking to improve better team performance.
