Overview

Kathleen Forth is a registered clinical counsellor with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. She works with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, abuse, grief and loss, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. Kathleen believes that each person is their own best healer and agent of change. Her approach centres on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and inner resources to move through life’s difficulties with greater clarity and resilience. She understands that in today’s fast-paced world, people are often overwhelmed by expectations and external pressures. With compassion and insight, Kathleen offers a supportive space where clients can pause, reflect, and begin their unique journey of personal transformation and growth.
