Overview

Our registered psychologist provides mental health support, therapy and childhood psychological assessments. They treat children and work with all sorts of conditions, both pre-existing and those that have evolved recently, including stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, sleep difficulties and mood disorders. Kate’s therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong emphasis on the parent-child relationship. Kate also provides comprehensive psychological assessments to investigate suspected childhood disorders such as ADHD, Conduct Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders, and Intellectual Disabilities.

  • Bachelor of Arts ; Major: Anthropology; Minor: Australian Indigenous Studies
  • Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator Training
  • Professional Breastfeeding Course
