Rachael is a warm, engaging, insightful and experienced registered Psychologist. The most crucial element to Rachael’s therapy is to provide a safe and strong rapport with her clients.
Rachael began her career in 2003 and has worked extensively with children, teens and adults. She has practiced in school, community and private practice settings.
She has a collaborative approach, which draws upon an array of therapies and techniques, such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Client Centred practices, which are tailored to each client’s needs and presenting problems, and has a particular interest in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, bullying, conflict resolution and expatriate experiences.
