Kate Schultz Remedial massage therapist

Kate is a remedial and sports massage therapist with a special interest in preventative and rehabilitative treatment for common ailments including lower back, neck and shoulder tension. A former State, National and World Champion athlete herself, Kate understands the importance of managing pain, injuries and maintaining a stress free lifestyle. She is a big advocate for prevention with treatments that focus on restoring optimal function, improving a client's performance and relieving pain. ​Kate regularly assists in providing soft tissue therapy to the Sunshine Coast Lightening Netball Team as well a number of local, Australian representatives and Commonwealth Games athletes. Kate is qualified in dry needling, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and PNF/ MET stretching techniques.
