Kate assists clients with eating, weight and body image concerns. Kate is especially skilled in working with client’s on their eating behaviour and relationship with food and their body, claiming that “why and how a person eats is often more important than what they eat”. Kate is particularly passionate about assisting those with disordered eating and weight concerns to implement sustainable changes to improve their physical and mental health. Through her commitment to this area, Kate has co-developed Compassion Focused Therapy for eating and weight concerns ‘Radiance’ program run at The Centre For Integrative Health and regularly provides presentations and training to health professionals, schools, child-care centres, workplaces and gyms.
