Kate Day Psychologist

Kate Day is a Clinical Psychologist who is experienced working across the lifespan. She brings high energy, a great sense of humour, honesty and non-judgemental genuine regard to her clinical practice. Kate strives to help her clients find their voice by creating a safe and supportive environment, whilst encouraging skill development and growth to attain treatment goals. Kate has a special interest in working with young adults (18-35). Kate believes working with young adults provides an opportunity to proactively intervene at a time where decisions can significantly alter individual lifetime trajectories. Kate also enjoys working with people to build positive relationships, including couples and parents. Drawing on her previous experience in business management, Kate has extensive experience in facilitating training for organisations and working with individuals to better manage workplace stress, improve their communication, goal setting, and productivity skills.
